Reselling to your clients?
Many agencies include WhatsApp sending in a client package and charge for each client. £50 a sub-account is a common price, so it is the starting figure here. Change it to whatever you charge.
You set your own price. These figures are examples, not a promise of income, and they leave out your own costs and tax.

In pounds. Pence are fine, like 19.99.
Your clients pay you £500 a month.You pay us £99.90.You keep £400.10 a month (£4,801.20 a year).
For example, at £50 a sub-account you would keep £40.01 with 1, £200.05 with 5, £400.10 with 10 and £1,030.25 with 25 sub-accounts, each month.
The trial, and what happens after
7-day free trial for up to 3 WhatsApp numbers. Add your card when you start: nothing is charged for 7 days, then your card is charged automatically unless you cancel first. After that it's £9.99 a month for each of your first 10 WhatsApp numbers, then £7.99 for every number after that. Up to 3 numbers per sub-account. Billed monthly in advance. A number you add is charged straight away for the rest of the month, and one you remove is credited to your next bill.
You can cancel any time from the billing portal. It takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and your numbers keep sending until then.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for about 7 days. Sending continues while that happens, and a banner on your dashboard asks you to update the card.
If the subscription still ends unpaid, sending pauses until you pay.
Against GoHighLevel's own WhatsApp
GoHighLevel sells its own WhatsApp integration, built on the official API. It's the fair thing to compare us with, so here are their published numbers next to ours.
PingWren
- £9.99 a month for each of your first 10 WhatsApp numbers, then £7.99 for every number after that. Up to 3 numbers per sub-account.
- No charge per message.
- Your own number, connected as a linked device.
- No verified badge and no template approval, because it isn't the official API.
- A ban risk, explained on the home page, that we can't remove.
GoHighLevel's WhatsApp
- $10 per sub-account, per month, paid to HighLevel.
- Plus a charge for every delivered template message at Meta's rate for the recipient's country. HighLevel's own example is $0.0263 per marketing message in the US, and an agency can add its own mark-up.
- The official WhatsApp Business API: Meta business verification, a verified badge if you qualify, and templates that Meta approves before they send.
- No phone to keep online.

Prices are in US dollars as HighLevel publishes them; we haven't converted them, and they can change.
If you send a lot of marketing templates, or you need the verified badge, their option may suit you better. If you want the workflows you already have on your own number with a simple price per number, that's us.
Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
7-day free trial for up to 3 WhatsApp numbers. Add your card when you start: nothing is charged for 7 days, then your card is charged automatically unless you cancel first. After that it's £9.99 a month for each of your first 10 WhatsApp numbers, then £7.99 for every number after that. Up to 3 numbers per sub-account.
Can I cancel, and what happens if a payment fails?
You can cancel whenever you like from the billing portal, and it takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. If a payment fails, sending carries on while Stripe retries it. If the subscription ends unpaid, sending pauses until you pay.
Can my number get banned?
Yes. WhatsApp can restrict or ban a number it thinks is misusing the service, and automated sending from a linked device is on its list. Pacing, the daily cap and STOP handling lower the risk, but they cannot remove it, and we can't promise a number will never be restricted. Use a dedicated business number rather than your personal one, and only message people who expect to hear from you.
Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. PingWren uses WhatsApp's linked-device mechanism, the one WhatsApp Web uses, not the official WhatsApp Business API. You don't get the verified badge or Meta's template approval, Meta doesn't charge you per message, and the phone with the number must stay online. If you need the official API, this is not it.
What happens if the phone goes offline?
If a phone is offline, messages wait for up to 24 hours and go out at the usual paced rate once it reconnects; anything older is reported back to GoHighLevel as not sent. The dashboard shows which numbers are disconnected and how many messages are waiting.
